Job description
- Troubleshooting of customer technical incidents (covering the entire spectrum of telco services)
- Troubleshooting of international services (international calls, roaming)
Responsibilities
- To perform troubleshooting of reported customer incidents and deliver solution to them
- To perform roaming tests before commercial launch of the roaming partners and subsequent possible troubleshooting and requests for changes
- To monitor quality of international services and take immediate actions to ensure the best performance in this area
- To prepare and update internal operational documents concerning services supported by CTS
